I run a computer shop and may have a small number of clients that might find a compiled version of interest (figuring out how to run scripts is more than most of them would want to do). Like sumon, I'm also mildly interested in what your thoughts are as far as licensing. It really just functions as a shutdown timer that automatically turns off your system. Though it works with most computers running a Windows operating system, this app doesnt come with a lot of features. Here's a link to mine if you have any interest in using parts of it. Using the timer is a simple and easy way to remind yourself that you should get up and stretch your legs after spending hours online.
For example if you had winword.exe running, you might not want the script to force a shutdown because you could lose an unsaved Microsoft Word document, or my girlfriend leaves Sims3 running and doesn't want to lose her game. I had also planned on adding a feature to allow listing certain applications that would cause the script to abort the shutdown. Just thought you might be interested in seeing what I did, and if you decided to add a feature similar to my "shutdown if idle for x", I would probably switch to yours.

I made something similar a while back, though I use it for shutting the computer down when it has been inactive or not playing a movie for X number of minutes, then I don't need to remember to setup the shutdown timer.
